  Dr. Sr. Elizabeth is an eminent administrator endowed with rich and diverse experience and distinguished academic record. She is an efficient Principal of Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bangalore. Her keen interest in the welfare and progress of Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous has propelled her to gear the staff and the students towards achieving an ‘A++’ Grade with a Cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.76 on a scale of 4.0 in the 3rd cycle of Reaccreditation in March 2012 by National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC).Under her leadership College has received the ‘College of Excellence’ Status a coveted status indeed conferred by University Grant Commission, New Delhi in April 2014.

  Dr. Sr. Elizabeth has been highly responsible to initiate B.Voc Courses in Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous. These B.Voc Courses with Banking & Finance and Performing Arts, Visual Communication & Psychology are launched by her with a great precision and passion.
  
  Under her leadership and steadfast commitment Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous conferred the India Didactics Association Jury Award for “Promotion of Women Empowerment through Generations” and was declared as a torchbearer for the category of Research and Innovation for Academic Year 2018 -19 by India Didactics Association (IDA) on 24th of September 2019.
  
  Dr. Sr. Elizabeth is a researcher and has also been contributing to the education forefront through the promotion of research atmosphere in the college both for faculty and students. She has pioneered the launch of Jyoti National Research Journal in the college that has been attracting interdisciplinary research papers from India and abroad. She has also initiated Student Research Journals to kindle the passion of writing among the students. She has initiated number of Academic Collaborations with industry, corporate sectors, NGOs and other important sectors in the main stream. She has been instrumental in fostering foreign collaborations with the institute like University of Pisa, Deakin University, Japanese Student Association, University of Portsmouth UK, ACCA, London etc.,
  
  Dr. Sr. Elizabeth has introduced several innovative changes in her administration. She has also made significant contributions to the catholic community through her expertise. A vibrant, effective and enterprising person.
