International Yoga Day
June 21, 2022.
In the run up to the International Yoga Day celebration on June 21, 2022 We at Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Post- Graduate Centre, have been mentally preparing our post- graduate students to become aware of the three pillars of yoga practice Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana.
To experience the benefits of health, healing and wellness, we have been preparing our students to practise Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana, as recommended in "Pathanjali Yoga Sutra.”
Our post graduate students learn to consider Yoga as not merely an exercise, but as a way to attain peace through physical, mental and spiritual well- being.
As the theme of International Yoga Day 2022 is “Yoga for Humanity ", our students look up to Yoga practice as a gateway to health and happiness that the body and mind need in daily life.
We are happy to place on record, the photographs and videos of our post graduate students... in the off- line Yoga sessions, for the theory and practice of Yoga.
