It makes the officials of the college more responsive, accountable and courteous in dealing with the students. It ensures an objective and fair approach to the issue so as to archieve and effective solution. The cell address grievances on both individual, and class levels, and works to uphold the common interests of the college community. Students are encouraged to express constructive suggestions and grievances through online portal.
