Presented paper on "Kannada Bhaasha Bodhaneya Pravrittigalu Mattu Savaalugalu" an UGC Sponsored one day National Seminar on 11-02-2013 held at St. Joseph Evening College.

A resource person for "Ravindra Sahithya Vishesha Kammata" a workshop Sponsored and conducted by Karataka Sahithya Academy in collaboration with Government Arts College Post Graduation Studies and Research, held on the 20th February 2015.

A resource person for a two day workshop on "Kanaka Odhu" conducted by Rastriya Santha Kavi Kanakadas Mattu Samshodhana Kendra, Bangalore, in collaboration with Government Arts College, Centre for Kannada Post Graduate Studies and Research, Bangalore on March 8th and 9th 2017.

Gave a Special Guest Lecture for B.voc students of Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women Autonomous on "Bhaasha Samvahana Mattu Vyakthithva Vikasana" held on 27th January 2018.

Attended UGC Sponsored state level conference on Titaled "Kill tha Pain, Not the Patient" Jointly organized by Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous and archiocesan Communication Centre, on January 23, 2015.

Attended UGC Sponsored two day National Seminar on "Kannda Samskrithika Varthamana: Bhaashe Mattu Sahithyada Bikkattugalu" Organized by Government Arts College on 7th and 8th of April 2015.

Attended one day Seminar on "Kannada Sahithyada Bahumukhi Nelegalu" sponsored by Karnataka Sahithya Academy in Collaboration with Department of Kannada, Christ University, Hosur Road, Bangalore, held on 26th August 2016.

Attended one day National Level Seminar on "Samvidhanada Ashayagalu maththu unnatha Shikshana Moulyagalu" on the occasion of Babasaheba Ambedkar's 126th Birthday, conducted by SC/ST Teachers association of Karnataka Government and sponsored by kaushalyabhivriddhi Nigama, Government of Karnataka held on 6th march 2017.

Text Book Edited:
The Department brings out its own text book for the degree students every three years. The syllabus is revamped to update the knowledge and to keep abridged with the latest happenings. The text books are edited, compiled and published by the Faculty Members, they are as follows:

Staff Achievements:
Awarded Ph.D. degree in 2013 from Bangalore University .The Title of Thesis was "Aadhunika Kannada Kathana Parmapare Mattu Kum. Veerabhadrappanavara Kathegalu ondhu Adhyayana".

Applied Minor Research Project on "Globalizationa and Rural Culture".

Guided more than 20 students for their dissertation for Post Graduation Studies from 2015-2017 in Government Arts College Post Graduation Studies and Research Centre, Bangalore.

Conducted Kannada Course (Spoken and Written) for foreigners and other Indian state people from 1995-2010.

Invited as a Chief Guest for the College Day Celebration (Government Swatantra Pre-University College Soolibele Hosakote Taluk) on 03-02-2015.

Invited as a Chief Guest for Kannada Rajyotsava Celebration to Saint Francis School (ICSE) Koramangala Bangalore on 3rd November 2017. .

Invited as a Chief Guest for Kannada Rajyotsava Celebration conducted by Post office Employees in Museum Road Post office complex, Bangalore on 09-12-2017.

Anchored programs in TV 9 channel for two years (2012 - 2014) for National Festivals like Independence day, Gandhi Jayanthi, Sankranthi, Gowri Ganesh and Local Festivals like Ugaadi,Kannda Rajotsava, etc.

Conducted Kannada Spoken and Written course for the Staff and Students of Jyoti Nivas College in the year 2011.

This year we are planning to have Language Lab to teach non-Kannada students and Staffs of the College.

Translated J. K. philosophies from English to Kannada and published the same in the Magazine 'Sahapayana', Krishnamurthy Foundation of India Study Centre, Bangalore.
